The Story

Jeff Marchetti and Chris Marchetti are not only co-founders and co-owners, they are brothers who have been working together from an early age. Starting a company together came natuarlly! When Chris Marchetti’s boss retired over 20 years ago, he was faced with a decision: either take over the Los Angeles-based courier company, or start looking for a new job. Marchetti figured it was worth taking a chance. He found a partner to invest in the company, consulted his CPA brother, Jeff, on how to operate in the black and moved backed to his home state of Virginia. Marchetti’s courier company built a clientele of D.C.-area medical institutions, architects, accountants, banks and law firms. It turned out those clients also had document storage needs, so Chris and Jeff started a new company – Excel Archives of Virginia, Inc. Today, the Excel Archives stores more than 300,000 boxes of files. Today Jeff and Chris are proud to work with Excel’s hardworking management team, including Victor Marchetti and Mike Koontz, to ensure that Excel Archives remains on a strong, upward trajectoy.
